1) Professor:- 22 Posts

• Pay Scale:- Rs. 37400 – 67000/- Per Month
• Grade Pay:- Rs. 10000/-
• Qualification:- PhD with first Class in master’s or B.Tech degree in appropriate branch or equivalent with a very good academic record throughout and minimum of ten year’s experience out of which at least 5 years at the level of associate professor or equivalent grade in a university, college or accredited research institution / industry excluding the period of PhD research and a minimum of 10 publications as books or research / policy paper.

2) Associate Professor:- 33 Posts

• Pay Scale:- Rs. 37400 – 67000/- Per Month
• Grade Pay:- Rs. 10000/-
• Qualification:- PhD with first Class in master’s or B.Tech degree in appropriate branch or equivalent with a very good academic record throughout and minimum of eight years’ experience of teaching and / or research at the level of assistant professor or equivalent grade in a university, college or accredited research institution / industry excluding the period of PhD research and a minimum of 5 publications as books or research / policy paper.

3) Assistant Professor:- 20 Posts

• Pay Scale:- Rs. 15600 – 39100/- Per Month
• Grade Pay:- Rs. 6000/-
• Qualification:- Master’s with 1^st class or equivalent or B Tech Degree first class with PhD. In the appropriate branch of Engg. With a very good academic record throughout. For Science and Humanities group, NET / SLET/ SET shall remain the minimum eligibility condition. However, candidates, who have been awarded a PhD. Degree in accordance with the UGC regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/ SLET/ SET.
